Driver Responsibilities & Liability:

As a driver for JUST4MOVE, you are 100% responsible for any damages to the truck, including but not limited to: dents, scratches, broken windows, mechanical damage, or any other harm caused during your operation of the vehicle. You agree to report all incidents immediately and are liable for repair costs.

W-2 Employment Agreement:

You agree to work as a W-2 employee of JUST4MOVE. You will receive all applicable tax documents and benefits as required by law.

Truck Damage Responsibility:

I understand and accept that I am 100% responsible for all damages to the JUST4MOVE truck during my operation. I will not hold JUST4MOVE liable for any accidents or damages caused by my negligence or actions.

I commit to being a reliable team member and will complete all assigned jobs. I understand that walking off the job or abandoning my duties will result in immediate termination and may result in legal action.
