What is not automatic: Selecting a COI option does not automatically approve documents, reserve an elevator, or confirm a moving date. Final requirements are reviewed with the scope before booking.
Choose MOVE-OUT or MOVE-IN COI support in the quote form as applicable.
Include the building manager’s instructions, moving windows, elevator reservations, and timing requirements.
